We really hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Konditor & Cook, however if upon collection or delivery of the products you find that they are different to those ordered, the order is incomplete, or an item is in a damaged condition when you receive it, please notify us immediately by telephone on 020 7633 3333. If an item is damaged or not as described on the Order Confirmation, we will credit or refund your purchase.
In the case of damaged goods you must retain the damaged Products and all packaging for inspection by us. Any complaints raised without evidence of goods will not be possible to be processed. Subject to viewing claimed damage, and to Terms and Conditions stipulated here we will refund the price you paid for the returned Products together, or we will provide you with a credit voucher for Konditor & Cook. We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss.
We will only make a refund to the original credit card or debit card account used by you to make the online purchase.
Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective to each person, we cannot accept the return of any products based on personal dislike of taste or texture. All our products are handmade and small irregularities enhance their natural character, and are part of the overall look and feel of Konditor & Cook baking.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We cannot issue a refund based on variance in colour expected on screen display
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive an item that is damaged please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will be happy to organise replacements subject to the above conditions of return.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is processed through our email@example.com team, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Term & Conditions
(1) Full payment will be required at the time of booking by credit or debit card. (2) Students must be over 18 years of age unless otherwise stated. (3) We are unable to guarantee a completely nut-free working environment. (4) We reserve the right to substitute ingredients used in the classes when necessary. (5) If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to take part or follow instructions, please let us know prior to the class date. (6) All designs taught in our classes are the exclusive intellectual property of Konditor & Cook and must not be used under any circumstances for commercial purposes. (7) Online gift vouchers may be used to purchase our Cake School classes. (8) We reserve the right to decline a booking or ask a customer to leave a class without reimbursement of the class fee if we believe there may be an unacceptable risk to their health and safety or to that of our other customers and members of staff.
Cake School Cancellations
Whilst we will always endeavour to help, we cannot guarantee any refunds or re-bookings. Please see further information below. Konditor & Cook is not liable for any losses incurred if you have to cancel your booking for any reason. Although unlikely, we do reserve the right to cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, we will credit you in full to the value of your class or change you to another date. Konditor & Cook is not liable for any additional losses incurred as a consequence of cancelling a class, e.g. accommodation or transport. If you are unable to attend a class we are happy for someone else to come in your place at no extra charge
Any Changes to a booking will incur a £5 administration fee.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Konditor & Cook’s Cake Club Scheme 2015 (“Scheme”)
- Subject to availability, one stamp will be distributed during the scheme per sale per visit with an additional stamp if a whole cake is also bought at participating Konditor & Cook shops. 2. The shop may (in its discretion) offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value. The shop will retain each Loyalty Card with stamps upon presentation for redemption. 3.
