£8/h inc bonus (after 13 weeks)
We are looking for the leaders of Konditor & Cook - motivated & passionate individuals who are committed to delivering our vision over the next three years.
About the Job: • You will inspire and lead the retail team to give great customer service, drive sales and increase spend per head. • You will work closely with the team, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the operations of the entire site. • You will be responsible for the performance management and development of your team. • You will undertake various administration activities from stock management to labour planning. • You will be reviewing and responding to your weekly flash & monthly P&L report and monitoring & controlling your stores KPIs

• Circa £25k to 35k per annum depending on experience + a bonus scheme worth up to 12.5% of the annual salary
Baking and Decorating Internship

About the internship • You will be actively part of our team for 12 weeks. We run a whole year round program, so there are always internship positions available. • You will work in both our decorating and bakery section • You will learn all aspects of cake making, from preparing doughs to finishing and inscribing cakes

We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic experienced pastry chef for one of our Central London sites
About the Job • Bake cakes, brownies and other iconic sweet dishes for sale in the stores and for wholesale customers • To undertake general kitchen duties in support of your section (eg. setting up and clearing away baking equipment , cleaning and organising fridges) • Stock-taking for the section and similar administrative duties including ordering • Efficient stock management processes to minimise waste and maximise profit in your section
About You • Broad baking experience, including sponges, tarts, brownies and savoury bakes • Ability to meet challenging and last minute bespoke customer requests. • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate well at all levels. • Attention to detail and high standards and a clean tidy work ethic • Passion for great customer service, great people and great food • Knowledge of Health and Food Safety
Paid £8.30/hr after training.
