It’s a lovely dessert or teatime treat: Each pie, serving 6 – 8, is filled with homemade lemon curd and made with the juice & zest of organic, unwaxed lemons.

We only use organic eggs in all our baking, which makes the fluffy and lightly baked meringue topping even more delicious!
