The only way you will see the sun this weekend; our Almond St Clement is made with sun-kissed organic oranges. It’s something rather special, wheat & dairy free and without any added fats. Its moisture comes from a combination of pulped orange flesh & natural oil containing ground almonds.

It’s my favourite cake, refreshing & light and lends itself to afternoon tea as well as dessert.

Simply serve with Greek yoghurt or a bit of cream on the side. Perhaps add a few spoonfuls of summer berries for extra summer vibe.
