Delivery & Collections

UK wide Mailorder is only available for items that can be safely packaged and posted using this method, allowing these items to be available throughout mainland UK. London Delivery is offered on all other items—these items are hand-delivered by our driver within the London area to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Mailorder deliveries operate on a 48 working hour notice period, however London Delivery operates on a 24 working hour notice period.

We try to fulfil your orders in the shortest time possible – if you are happy to collect we can often offer it the same day on our standard range. We also offer a while you wait service for personalised cakes instore.
↩Why do I need to provide proof of identity when collecting my order?
Our cakes are so good that we’ve had occasions where fraudulent orders are placed or imposters have collected someone else’s order! To cover all bases, we find it best to stipulate proof of identity when collecting orders—it means you get your cake, and we don’t give your order to the wrong people!
